FireFox, 200x Faster!

    0

Since I'm just new here, I'd like to share a bit of info or for those who know this trick, a bit of refreshing knowledge:

Firstly, you need to open a new firefox window.

1.Type about:config into the address bar and hit return. Scroll down and look for the following entries:

    network.http.pipelining

    network.http.proxy.pipelining

    network.http.pipelining.maxrequests

Firefox always makes a single request per server/web page at loading,
by toggling pipelining to enable it, it will make several requests at
once which reaaaaaally speeds up firefox loading.

    2. Alter the entries as follows:

    Set network.http.pipelining to true

    Set network.http.proxy.pipelining to true

Set network.http.pipelining.maxrequests to some number like 30. This means it will make 30 requests at once. (I set mine to 69)

    3. Lastly right-click anywhere and select New-> Integer. Name it
nglayout.initialpaint.delay and set its value to 0 (zero). This value
is the amount of time the browser waits before it acts on information
    it recieves.

dont forget to restart firefox! close all browsers and restart it, voila, you got a faster firefox i hope this helps guys.
